
1) Stay away from alcohol and smoking, as they accelerate ageing. Also, cut down sugar, salt, spice and oil from your diet
2) Work out regularly and be active. Weight training and cardio is extremely beneficial. Fitness isn’t about six-pack-abs, but it is a way of life. Push yourself to overcome your boredom and laziness. Your fitness plan should be customized according to your body type and requirements.
3) Follow your passion and always be occupied with work, but take breaks from time to time. Relax and make time for yourself to do things you like.
4) Spend time with your family and friends. Treat your wife very well and be faithful to her. There should be ample trust, compatibility and faith between two people. Connect with your children.
5) Push your boundaries, take chances and get out of your comfort zone. Do things you haven’t done before. Be happy, grateful and positive about life. Remember, what goes around comes around, so do good deeds.
