Aamna Sharif's Bollywood debut, Aloo Chaat didn't exactly please the taste buds of audiences. Within a year, her next film, Aao Wish Karein, in which she co-stars with real-life boyfriend Aftab Shivdasani will hit theatres. She talks about the film, its music and Aftab.

Aao Wish Karein is the story of a young boy. Mickey who falls in love with 23 year-old angel Mitika. He is 12 and she is much older. He makes a wish at the Wishing Well to grow up and be with her and his wish is granted. The movie is a remake of Big starring Tom Hanks.

About the movie, Aamna says, 'It was a delight working in this film which has been made to be enjoyed by the entire family. These days we have become very cynical which is why we need a fairytale like this to remind us about how magical life is and can be. It is about the simple pleasures of life and the story has been told with childlike enthusiasm and innocence.'

About her role, she says, 'I play an angel called Mitika and I loved my role instantly. I was always dolled up in pretty, summery dresses and I had to be happy all the time. I love the purity and optimism of my character. She is a sunshine girl and a lot like me.'

Aamna cannot stop humming the songs of the film. 'I love Peeche kyun khade and the other version of the song. The music is very charming with a childlike quality. i listen to the songs all day. I hope people will like the songs just as much. They are so sweet and romantic.'

She isn't willing to reveal much about her relationship with Aftab. All she divulges is, 'Aftab is a fabulous co-star and this is my second film with him. We are very comfortable working with each other and we hope that audiences will like the fantasy film.'

Aao Wish Karein releases on November 13.
